we would like to inform all participants including those traveling from interstate or internationally to attend our in-person lash training that they will also be subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. By registering for our course, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them. These terms and conditions are in accordance with Victorian Consumer Laws in Australia and apply to all participants, regardless of their location. We strongly advise that you review these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. Booking and Payment:

a. A deposit is required to secure your spot for the chosen training date.

b. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

c. The remaining balance is due after the 5-day cooling off period has ended and must be paid on time which is anywhere between after the 5-day cooling off period and 2 weeks before the training date.

d. Failure to pay the remaining balance before 2 weeks of the due date will result in the loss of your spot for the chosen training date.

e. If you cancel within two weeks of the chosen training date, you will forfeit any fees paid, including the deposit and remaining balance.

f. The 5-day cooling off period starts once the booking fee has been paid.

​g. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the trainer due to unforeseen circumstances.

h. A minimum of 1 week notice is required to reschedule a booking, subject to availability.

i. No-shows or late arrivals will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling.

 

Course Content:

a. The course content will be as advertised on the website and will cover the topics specified.

b. The trainer reserves the right to make changes to the course content, including dates and times, at any time without prior notice.

 

Participant Requirements:

a. Participants must be over 18 years of age to attend the course.
b. Participants are required to provide proof of identification on the day of the course.

c. Participants are required to bring their own model for the practical component of the course.

d. Participants must be in good health and able to perform the practical component of the course. e. Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their ability to complete the course or the practical component.

e. if taking the refresher course, students must already be certified with at least a beginners class prior to the training date, and provide proof.

 

Liability:

a. The trainer will not be held liable for any injury or damage caused as a result of the participant's actions during or after the course.

b. Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attending the course and performing the practical component.

c. Participants are required to sign a waiver acknowledging their assumption of risk and releasing the trainer from liability.

 

Intellectual Property:

a. All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, manuals, presentations, and videos, are the intellectual property of the trainer and are protected by copyright law.

b. Participants are not permitted to reproduce or distribute any course materials without prior written consent from the trainer.

 

Confidentiality:

a. Participants are required to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential or proprietary information shared during the course.

b. Participants are not permitted to share any confidential or proprietary information with third parties without prior written consent from the trainer.

 

Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.

b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
