POLICY

*MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING*

All services are non-refundable after performed, however if you wish to remove you lashes within 24 hours of application, the removal service is free.

Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours to your appointment result in a 30% fee of the total service. Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours prior to your appointment result in a 50% fee. To avoid this please be sure of your availability, if you have to cancel please contact me in advance so someone else can take your place. Arriving 15 minutes or later to your appointment results in an automatic cancellation where the cancellation fee is applicable.

10+ minutes = $15

20+ minutes = $25

30+ minutes = $35

Not showing up to your appointment without any sufficient notice results in a 100% fee of the total service you booked.

If any of the fees above happen to apply to you, you will not be able to get an appointment with me in the future until the fee is paid.

If you come in for a refill with less than 40% of your lashes you will need a Full Set service.

Lash appointments

Arrive with clean lashes, especially for refills as lash extensions cannot adhere to dirty lashes.If you arrive with dirty lashes a deep clean service will be added to your appointment ($10).

Do not wear mascara 24 hours prior to your appointment as this can dramatically affect how long your lashes last.

Avoid getting a spray tan or lash tint 24 prior to appointment in order to achieve great retention.

Arrive on time! Nor late or early. If I am back to back with appointments I will not be able to get the door if you arrive early. If you happen to arrive earlier than you booked for please wait in your car until your appointment time. Arriving late will result in your appointment being cut short of the time lost, meaning less lashes applied.

If you wear contact lenses it is recommended to remove them before you appointment as they can cause your eyes to feel dry and irritated throughout application.
