Cancellation Policy

Cancelations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% fee of the total service. Cancelations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the total service. If your have to cancel or reschedule please let me know in sufficient time for someone else to take your spot and avoid fees. No shows will not be tolerated and will result in a 100% fee of the total service. No-shows include cancelling within 3 hours of your appointment. If you have not shown up without notice to a previous appointment, to re-book a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. All the fees above are final and legally binding, you will not be able to schedule any services with me until fee is paid. Arriving over 15 minutes late results in a cancellation of your appointment with the no-show fee applicable.
